Myself Manoj Rohidas Rathod, graduated from IHMCT, 2014-2018 batch from BHMCT stream.
Currently working as a sous chef at ‘warners at the bay, New South Wales, Australia.
Today when i see myself on achieving milestone i goes speechless to express my gratitude towards IHMCT family.
Whatever i learnt there including practical and theoretical knowledge, basic and advance culinary skills is pushing me up every moment. This place made my foundation stronger to compete with world and make IHMCT and myself proud.
Institute’s rules and regulation, hygiene standards, personal and organizational behavior, teamwork and guidance from teachers are the key factors those never let me go down.
This place and people changed my life and i will be forever grateful of IHMCT.
